Peace-Davies Anomneze is a legal practitioner with over 16years experience in property law, litigation, company secretarial services & compliance, corporate & commercial law and human resource management.
She is the managing partner of Peacefield Solicitors & Advocates (a law firm) and the lead consultant, Unique Pathfinders Advisory and Consulting Services -UPACS, a real estate management training firm).
She is also the founder of FEMALE LAWYERS IN REAL ESTATE PRACTICE(FELIREP), Nigeria,an association that was awarded winner of PAN AFRICAN INTERNATIONAL AWARD OF EXCELLENCE IN THE CATEGORY OF AFRICAN’S MOST OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALS NGO OF THE YEAR 2021 AND 2022.
She has authored many books and recently published a new book in May 2023 titled " Women in real estate sector; challenges, opportunities and way forward ".
She leads her firm Real Estate Investment, Corporate Governance and Training. She has proven years of experience as a Real Estate and Commercial property consultant and has advised on a number of both low and high profile property deals international and national.
Her expertise spans all aspects of real estate practice including but not limited to real estate contract drafting, finance and investment, development and acquisition, real estate sale and title documentation/perfection.
She heads the firms real estate transactions, training, research and Consulting Department.
She is an accredited Management trainer licensed by the Nigerian Council for Management Development, (a federal government agency from the office of Presidency in charge of Training & Development in Nigeria).
She obtained Executive MBA (2019) and Masters in Entrepreneurship (2015), both from Metropolitan School of Business Management (UK) .She obtained LLB from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) in 2006 with 2nd Class Upper and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.
She is a Senior Associate member of Risk Management Nigeria (RIMAN), Member Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators-(ICSAN), Member Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, (SCGN), an Associate Member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) and a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). .She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Section on Business Law-NBA-SBL. Also a member, of NBA section on Business law real estate and construction committee, tourism and hospitality committee.
She left Suru Group Ltd (now Haldane McCall Plc), a real estate firm, after 8years to co-found Unique Pathfinders Advisory & Consulting Services, UPACS and Peacefield Solicitors and Advocates.
She is also the convener of the popular monthly webinar titled; Real Estate Investment Discussion (REID) with Peace-Davies Anomneze.
She is happily married to Davies Anomneze and their marriage is blessed with three children, a boy and twin girls.
