As the head of the Legal, Compliance & Company Secretarial Team at First Ally, she offers strategic legal advice, ensures governance standards, and supports investment banking activities. She is the Company Secretary for First Ally Capital Limited and First Ally Asset Management Limited. She is a Non-Executive Director at First Ally Properties Limited- a residential and commercial real estate investment and development company.
Adetola holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, an LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and has earned several accolades, including the ESQ Legal-Nigerian Rising Star Award.
